Our Method
What We Do Best
Small class, instructor led, fitness classes. We do different workouts every day, at a high intensity to burn the most fat and gain the most strength. There are no machines here. You will use your body to run, jump, do pushups, situps, pullups, kettlebell movements, weightlifting, Olympic weightlifting, sled pushes, rope climbs, and tire flips. Education is extremely important, and we discuss healthy eating along with how to live a healthy lifestyle. This is open to all fitness abilities!
